I am a Canadian Born citizen and I am visiting my wife here in Ecuador for the past 4 months now.
I am going to be here until she gets her residency about May 2011 or so.
What is the limited amount of time can my son receive the Canadian Child Tax Benefit being out of the country???
I still have a mailing and residential address in Montreal and I filed my income tax 2009. So can anyone shed some light on me??? I heard that you could receive for maximum of 6 months while being outside of Canada, but I would need a further answer.
