i have a half sister can she visit here with my mom using a supervisa??

hi, what is the requirement for supervisa for my mom and my half sister?? and how can i apply?? do they give a supervisa for half sister she's 12 years old??

Supervisa is only for Parents, half sis cannot apply on that, she has to be with regular visit visa
