I have a couple of questions regarding our travel to Canada.. PLEASE HELP

I could really use your help.. to introduce myself
first off I am a spouse of a foreign worker and I am with a temporary resident visa that is obtained from an open work permit application.
Me and my two daughters will soon join my husband who is in Ontario right now.
and these are my questions :

1.) What documents do i have to show to the immigration officers of the Philippines once we are at the airport?
2.) Do i also need MMR Vaccine certificate when we arrive in Canada? ( Because a doctor from the St. Lukes Hospital in Manila
mentioned this to me)

It is my very first time to travel abroad , I actually never been inside the airport before , I am very nervous everyday
as the travel date gets closer and to travel with my two daughters and being interviewed by the immigration officers of Philippines
and Canada really freaks me out .. though i will do all my best to pull my self together and get me and my daughters
through this situation to be with my husband. So if anyone could please help me out :'(
