I have a COPR, can I still register for the Job Bank?

Hi

When I try to register on the Job Bank with my express entry profile number and job seeker code it gives me an error. Is this because my express entry profile is closed since I was approved for PR and have been sent the COPR and the PR visa has been affixed to my passport. Or is there a different profile number to use instead of my express entry profile number? I have not landed in Canada and do not have a SIN to use the alternative means to register on the Job bank.

Please advise.
