No one can verify your LMIA. If you think it is real (wind company hiring food packers) then you apply for a closed work permit with it. Consultant doesn’t need to be involved. NOC 9517 is for machine operators, not food packers. Plus NOCs are 5 digit codes.

Your NOC is for a machine operator, but you say your job is a food packer. Did you check the NOC database…which you can do yourself and not ask someone else. What is the company name? Post the full job offer. Anything free - food, airfare, accommodations, transportation - FAKE.
