Dear Sir,
I had PR card via skilled worker between 2017-2012 for Canada, but I could not meet minimum Residency Obligation days to stay and keep valid the PR card. I just stayed 3 months in Canada totally.
So in 2018 I reapplied the Skilled Worker stream. After nomination in Provincial nomination part, now my case is in Federal part from JAN 2019.
Up to now, after 110 days ( 7th MAY 2019) I did not get AOR/BIO emails.
I have called several times Sydney office and sent webform, officer said it is not started my processing!!
I don't know why such delay?
I have put my old PR card info, and have told them the travel history.
Last time officer checked my OLD PR STATUS and said it is removed and i am eligible to re-apply.
By the way, I don't know why they do not process my case.
May they are checking my previous background and some other checking.
Does anybody have such a case?
