Yes... They actually don't provide any reason I don't know why. I hope you get admitted somewhere, did you apply elsewhere?
Well I have applied to 3 more universities -
1) Univ of Victoria- Industrial Option
2) Univ of Ottawa - I want this badly.
3) Univ of Manitoba.

Thinking of applying to Guelph or York or Ryerson, but York deadline is already over :(

I was also thinking of applying to U of Ottawa but I thought the CS program is a co-op with Carleton and decisions on admission is made by both Universities??
I'm applying to
Concordia
Ryerson
And other one... Maybe Manitoba or Dalhousie

I think the date for Ryerson is already over - Jan 19th, isn't it so? Concordia you need to learn French! ::)

Why do I need to learn french? The programs at Concordia are taught in English unless it's for the city Montreal..

And Ryerson the deadline is 19th January.. But they did mention that programs will continue to accept applications until they have filled all available seats... That means you can apply...

You're quite Optimistic... Even to live in Montreal, you need to know French, right? Many said it's difficult to obtain a job off campus unless you speak French!...

Well I was also little confused about the deadline... Good to know! :)

- You don't need to learn French to study either at Concordia or McGill.
- You don't need to learn French either to live in Montreal for the study period.
- You may need some speaking fluency to find work off-campus during study.
- If you're looking at finding permanent work after graduation and settling in Quebec; you WILL need to learn French.

But while you study, you will learn a bit, won't you?

Now that's another optimistic lad more than I'm. :D Thank you Rossei, I hope I get into Concordia to even start deciding on the French thing first.

You're fine not knowing French as long as you aren't counting on getting an off campus job. It will be more difficult to get an off campus job without knowing French. But you'll be fine in terms of actually studying.

Thank you luvanuj, the deadline for Uvic was 15 January 2016 for fall intake, so it has passed. I'll try the others and see.

How about York and Brock? I heard their admission selection criteria is relatively easy, but not sure. What do you think about the two?
Brock and York university are nice too. Also try universities in Atlantic Canada - Dalhousie, UNB, PEI, Memorial

Well actually I'm counting on getting a part time job off campus if I were to get in. But how difficult is learning French?

The deadline has passed for both Brock and York.... I was going to try UNB but I heard it is difficult to find job at the NB area. Now I have applied for Concordia and UOIT waiting for decision
