I got my working visa stamped,I didn’t agree with my employer on some terms of the contract then decided not to work with him.Till now I didn’t travel to Canada.
My question is what will happen to my visa and if you go now to Canada they ll allow me to enter and to live in Canada.
(My wife also got stamped working visa and my kids student visa).
Please advise me ASAP.
Thanks

Did your wife and children get visas based on your contract and employment with this company? When you submitted your proof of employment there was an expectation that you had actually already sorted out your contract and were going to be employed by that company on arrival in Canada. If your family arrives and uses those visas this will be considered misrepresentation.

If the company knows that you have received the visas they may have informed CIC that you will no longer be working with the company.

Thanks Canuck78 for your answer.
So shall I consider those stamped Visa invalid or take the risk and go to Canada?
I am really stuck now.

Can’t answer this for you. I believe you have misrepresented yourself. You didn’t have an actual job when you applied for all these visas. You were still in contract negotiations. It will be pretty evident when reviewing your case that you never worked at this company when you arrived in Canada. Others can comment.
