I got my CAIPS notes.. Seniors,Please help with interpretation

Hello Everyone,

I just received my CAIPS notes this morning. I have the follwong queires/concerns :

1- Is it normal to see " IMM 1017S requested on 20/09/2010 ? (As I understand it referes to Medical request)!

2- What is meany by " PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS FILE BFD TO : PCL ON 04-11-2010 " ?

3- They have created another Client ID number for my newly born child after aknowledging that they took her fees. My wife was included in my initial application to CIO but they did not create a Client ID number for her, also her passport number and its expiry dates are not enterd.ALL other related information to her (Name , DOB , relation to main applicant , educ ,, ect...) is in the system, Any experience with that ?

4- My wife official language code is 1 which referes to English, however we mentioned in the application clearely that she can communicate only in French. is it a serious error from their side ? , do we have to notify them or not ?

4- In The immigration assessment record summary, Only 10 points for age was awarded anf Zeros in all other factors ( Including Funds) !, Is it normal ?

I mean it is still to early for medical request , so i am wondering why it is mentioned in My CAIPS.

I used caipsnotes.com service , Yes your sister can apply for you if she lives in Canada

I have submitted 6 month bank statement along with Certificate of balance.

Do you know what is meant my PCL ?

I have mentioned in both my application forms and cover letter that my wife is fluent in French, do i still need to send them another Email regarding this point?

I have the same problem like you. In my CAIPS note there is "PAPER FILE SENT TO LJB FILE BFD TO : PCL ON 20-112-2013

My Officila language is code 3, which means i know both french and english.. but actually i know only english.

there was same mistake in my passport expire date.. which was 19-12 2015, but it was written 19-12-2010.

other all field marked by 0.

I am planning to write a mail to CIC...
lets hope for the best..

Congratulation your e-case will soon change
1- IMM 1017S requested on 20/09/2010 mean that they have requested from the system that’s why you see a page on your Caips for each member of your family with medical instructions( name bio data ect. ). Also the date it was requested is the date for your AOR. I am right or not.2- PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS FILE BFD TO : PCL ON 04-11-2010 mean that your file was sent to have the points evaluated (67 points needed ) and on that date PCL is the name of the V.O. will approve or not. PSDEC: Paper Selection Decision will show pass.3- You will get your medical as soon as the V.O. is satisfied with background checks BDEC: Background Decision shows pass 1 ( but remember that background will continue till they make the final decision.4- In The immigration assessment record summary, Only 10 points for age was awarded anf Zeros in all other factors ( Including Funds) !, Is it normal ?

Send them email attach a copy of passport or birth certificate, I think they don’t open attachments so it’s a good idea to mail it as well.
