So today we got our AoR from IRCC. The email included an attached Biometrics Instruction Letter and also inside the mail is a requirement for us to provide a "Use of Representative (IMM5476). And immediately below this is "The ABOVE information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days"
I hope this was exactly what happened to everyone so you guys can relate.
By the tail end of the email, there is a weird mention of Police Clearance with a link on how to get it. And a mention of Original Language Tests.
Im not sure if they are actually asking for those and it doesnt make sense because we already submitted police clearances while starting the PR application and I believe it should not matter if those clearances are expiring by the date of AoR since those clearances were fresh during the date of submission to IRCC.
The email went like this actually
(Start of mail)
The following documents are required:
IMM 5476
These documents must be received 30 days after receipt of this letter
There are 3 ways to submit etc
1, 2, 3
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days
(Start of bullet points)
- if your documents are not in french or english, a certified translation must be submitted with a copy.of the original version.
- Original Police Certificate - for additional information on how to obtain, please go to ---
- Original Langyage Tests - when sending your documents, you must provide a scan of the original document.
Thank you for your interest in Canada.
(End of mail)
Im up to provide additional details for clarification of my query.
Thank you
