I GOT BVL LAST MONTH, NO FINAL DECISION YET, NO VISA NUMBER IN TRACKER!

Hello everyone.

I applied for a visitor visa on OCT.30, 2023.
I got BVL on Jan.10, 2024.
But I have not recieved my final decision yet.
Also, I can not see visa number in my tracker!
I raised webforms 5 times, they always say: your application is in process.

Have you ever seen a case like mine?
I don't know what should I do to get my final decision sooner.
I appriciate it if some one could help me.

Timeline:
Submit: OCT. 30, 2023
BVL: JAN. 10, 2024
Eligibility: Completed on JAN. 10, 2024
Background check: In process
Application Status: In process

No one can predict the outcome. Especially, when you dont have visa doc num on tracker.
You can,
wait for the PPR or Refusal
OR
Apply Gcms notes to get exact situation.

You are right.
Actually, the situation got even more weird for me:
I just got an update in my IRCC portal. (Feb 6, 2024) There is a message called "information letter" in my account.
Its a PDF file and it is stated that:

"your application is under review and we don't need any information from you. We are trying to finilized your case. Keep check your CIC account for any updates"

I though receiving BVL means application has been finalized. It doesn't seem to be the case for me.

I'm really sorry to hear that. now I completely lost my hope. I guess my final decision will be refusal too.
Was your eligibility shown as "completed" and your application status as "in process" in tracker, when you recieved your BVL?
