I got a positive lmo for food service manager!

I dont know what to do.. I got a positive lmo for food sefice manager that will expire on 1st week of feb 2014. I already have my ielts and i only got 6 band score,, unfortunately for noc O it should be 7 band score.. Currently im working as food service supervisor, i already apply for provincial nominee under alberta work experience category and got my file number last nov 27. Still waiting for the nomination before i apply for my pr.. What should i do.. My employer wants me to apply my new work permit before my new lmo expires... I havent got the nominee yet so i cant apply for Pr.. I dont wanna be noc o until i apply for pr... But the agncy said that i can be promoted while i have ongoing process on my application for pr... I dont know what to do.. Any suggestions on what should i do..

hi john, can you tell me whats your file number is? I made a follow up to CEM asking for my file number and AOR. They replied with a number in the subject field and not sure if that is already my file number.

Sorry i forgot to mention.. I need band score of 7 for pr application if i renew my work permit into manager position.

You dont need ielts to apply for work permit.
