I got a letter from CIC---Is this AOR or PER???????---seniors pls help

I have applied on March 22, 2012, and i got the email today. The email is as follows;

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.


Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

I got my UCI and application number. Is this PER or AOR or both......?

It is PER from the Centralised Intake Office. Your file will now be transferred to the VO mentioned on your form for the rest of the process.
