I got 6 months on My PGWP

I applied for my PGWP on May 27th, 2018, got approved on July 19th, 2018, but when I checked the expiration date it expires January 8th, 2019. I made an error with the questionnaire, I re-applied the same day I got the PGWP. In the new application, I asked to cancel the old PGWP and Process this newer one because I had made an error. The latest application I submitted was canceled on September 19th, 2018. I have called IRCC so many times unable to get in contact with an agent. I submitted IRCC web forms where they say the documents have been verified but cannot identify the nature of the inquiry.

Is there anyone out there who can help me figure this out or am I screwed?

What error did you make? How long did you study? Keep calling, start early and try all day.

You can only get PGWP once so I dont think canceling is the best idea but do call them.

I clicked Yes to working on campus when I should have clicked no while filling out the questionnaire. studied for 4 years

Been calling them it goes straight to saying the lines are filled due to the volume of call

Why would that be an issue? You are allowed to work as an international student.
When is your passport expiring? You need to call early and call all day until you get through.
