Till the time you have not applied after ITA, there is no chance of any interview requirement.
After you apply for PR, that is pay the fee, upload docs etc., there can be an interview request in some cases - but not all.
This is from FSW-O category.. I am not sure about others.

The funds requirement (POF) now for one person is CAD 12,669
