I forgot to mention WES reference number on envelope

I forgot to mention WES reference number on envelope. what will be happen?. It will create any peoblem?

I sent my documents to WES on 25/03/2015. they received my document on 27/03/2015. but still in my account shows "waiting for required documents".
When will my status change?
