I write this thread because a created an IRCC account t, however, I forgot the first username, then I registered for a second time to extend my status here, and now I forgot the second username. I tried to create a new account, but it is linked to the first one, not to the one that I used to applied. I tried to call to the customer service, but it is closed.
Any help?
