I don't remember all the places I've lived, don't have the addresses, how do I complete my 5669e ?

The form asks for all the places I've lived since I was 18. I have AT LEAST 17 places and I don't remember the addresses of a few of them, can't find the addresses. How the heck do I fill this thing out?? Please help!

Make sure your recent addresses are accurate and for past ones that you do not remember fill in approximate date and addresses.

Include an explanation letter saying you have had many rentals and you were not able to gather all the addresses from past
