Hi, I have not received my EMBA degree as yet. My convocation will be held in December and my university is not willing to give me my degree before that. Should I apply for an ECA for my B.com degree by the time? Or is it mandatory to send all the degrees together? Would It make difference in the processing time? Moreover, Is it ok to get it done from IQAS if I want to apply for PNP for Ontaria and BC too? What documents are required to get an ECA from IQAS and do I need to get my SSC and HSC degree attested too?
