I didn't get the AOR and openwork permit for 6 months!!(August inland)

Hi everyone.
I just want it to know why it takes so long to get the AOR and OWP from CIC ???
I sent all documents on August 10. 2015 and cic got it on Aug.11.2015
and then I didn't get any messages from cic until now...
I'm so worried about it..
How can I do that?
