I didnt get my Medical forms but i got e-mail ????

HI All,

Hope all are doing good.
I have got a problem, can anyone please help me out.

1) I changed my communication address long time back.
2) The CIC has sent the medical forms, request of documents to the address.
3) I didnt recieve any letter as such.
4) I got e-mail stating that u have 30 days of time to submit the medical record as well proof of funds.
5) As I dont have any medical form with me ? how do I go for medical check up.?

Please help me out in this situation.

Today itself send a email as well as case specific enquiry with the same subject matter that u have still not recd the medical forms. Also enquire when they dispatched/ thru regular or registered mail and also highlight abt the address change. Maybe they did not update and send to old mailing address. If u do this they will resend the forms again. If u act late maybe ur filed could be closed as it has happened to many applicants.

Biggest bad news.... however nobody will open the registered doc. named for you, and it will be returned back to CHC if you didn't get it.( Probably they may give you a call as soon as they get the doc. returned)
But pls don't do late to inform that you have received the email only but not the doc. yet and kindly request to forward the needed doc. for your Current mailing address.
I think:
1. Better to inform through case specific inquiry.
2. Also have the printed copy of email that u have received and a cover letter similar to your email that you send.( Send it through courior too).
Better to do both....

Yeah will definetly send them the case specific query.

The office were my file is processed is New York.
I couldnt contact them as it goes to automated voice.

Can you please share your timelines, since my Visa office is also Newyork and even i am waiting for Medical form and also i have moved from Canada to India.
My application is in process from Jun 16th and my category is FSW3
Your timelines will be useful for people like us who are waiting for Medicals

Good to know that Newyork is getting back to form now

Please find the processing time:

Jan 20 th 2009 Appiled for PR
Apr 6 th 2009 AOR recieved

Jan 10th 2010 got a mail saying ur application is moved to New York
Feb 9th 2010 they have sent the medical package which I didnt receive.
Aug 5th 2010 reminder saying that medical record from u didnt receive.
Aug 10th 2010 thinking how to proceed .... how do i get my medical package...

Hi

Did u mail/fax Newyork VO that you have not received the medicals, Whats is the address mentioned in your ecas.
Its good that the VO didnt do anything worst to your application since its been almost 6 months after they have send the medical package and given further 30 more days to respond. Send the proof for funds imm and I read somewhere in this forum that u can take the letter send my VO and go for medicals, please check the forum once again

Yeah indeed true that they didnt do any worst with my case.

I sent a FAX and also individual case e-mail to Newyork Office but I didnt get any reply from them.
its been 2 days since i sent.

I mentioned that i didnt receive my MEDICAL PACKAGE anytime and requested them to send it once again.
Hope this will consider and sent it otherwsise gone for toss

I checked with the hospital , they said without the medical package tey cannot proceed it seems.


Can anybody whose case is with New YORK tell me , did they responded any time for your queries. ??
