Rules changed a bit after 2013. I think you got really really lucky. Somehow the officer reviewing your file missed to check your POF. In fact, there are other applicants whose applications have been returned for not meeting the POF requirement. So I would not suggest anyone else to NOT include POF with their application.

With your profile, why didn't you apply under CEC? Or even provincial nominee?

My PGWP expired in 2011. To be honest I was not even thinking of a PR back then. By the time I found out about CEC in 2014, it was too late to apply. My experience was not within the 3 year gap. Anyways I went back to school in 2012 and I have one mpre year left to finish. I decided to apply under FSW cause this might be my last chance. I do have a boyfriend here also so I want to stay here.
