Hello, I aplied for refugee on 2004 and I wihdrawal my request days before my hearing, now I'm in México and I'm doing the process to be a permanent ressident in Quebec, but my lawyer says that maybe I need a letter from the canadian embassy allowing me to retrn to Canada, I do not find the document of my Withdrawal. I know that I submited in an office in Toronto but I do not remember the addres and the pone number so one of the goberment could e-mail me the mentioned document. I am really concern about it since I really want to do the things head up... PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!
I CANT RETURN TO CANADA!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

No need to fret, simply ask your lawyer for other available options of you cannot find the document he has requested.
ey hello, im in almost same possitionªª my lawye aske dme the certificate of departure which i dont haveª i have my withdrawal and approval, even mi tickets and eveything, did you fnd out another way++ plz if you know aboutthis, help me im doing the process too but i cant move forward as u said bcoz it supposed this is necessary...advice me plzª
