I can't find this information anywhere...help

I am trying to find out where to send a sponsorship for permanent residency application outland. My husband is a Canadian citizen and I am an American citizen. I am here in Canada as a visitor right now. I will apply for an extension when needed so that I can stay with him while our application is processing. However, I have read here several times that it is faster to apply outland. I cannot for the life of me seem to find where I send the application to except inland. And we would rather do which ever is faster which seems to be outland. Can anyone help? I am so sorry if this seems like a ridiculous question, I just can't seem to find this information.

You sure you filled out the outland version of the application?

Not sure if you already have the Outland application info already or you just needed the address where to send it. Anyway, this is the link for the PR guide. It would be your portion to complete. The link to the guide that Scylla sent is for the Sponsor and that has the address. Sorry if you didn't need this info. Better to have more than less. .LOL

I am pretty sure I did. Could you please link me to the outland version? I would really, really appreciate it. This is so much paperwork to do myself.
