You need to check the details which you are entering like your file number, surname, DOB etc.

Hope it will work. Mine is working perfectly.

surname ______ only ur last name
like ------ mohamed ali senan
write only senan

Thank u all for ur replies.its was them who change my surname. anyways i use my 1st name n i got display.
