I cannot print the barcode in the new app form

Hello,

When I want to print the validated form, the printer does not print the barcodes. I don't know why. First, I tried it with Adobe Reader DC, and it did not work. Then I tried to print it in image mode, it did not work again. I installed Acrobat Reader XI, I could not validate it, because of an error in Q9.a which says I need to put a date greater than from date! Any solution?

Those barcodes are ink intensive. I had the same problem. What kind of printer are you using? Inkjet or laser?
 
It most likely means your black cartridge doesn't have enough ink to print those barcodes. I filled the cartridge with ink and it printed fine after that.

Also, be mindful. Every time you print that form, it inserts a random number on each of the pages at the bottom right corner. This same number is encoded into the barcode as well. This means you CANNOT simply replace a single page by printing it again. You have to re-print the entire application again each time.

Thanks for your response. I will change the cartridge and will try printing the form again.
