I got a information letter online for my PR application this morning, it asks me to mail my passport and photos to this address:
CPC – Ottawa – PR PO Box 8781 Ottawa, ON K1G 4B9
But I cannot send it before the 30 days deadline mentioned in the letter as I need to travel internationally in 2 weeks and returning 2 weeks later, by which time the deadline will be exceeded.
In the letter, it says I should fill out the IRCC Web Form to inform them if I'm not able to meet this deadline, so I filled it out and asked for a deadline extension, and attached the plane tickets itinerary to it. But after submitting it says if your application is within normal processing time they will not respond... which is confusing for me since I do still have 58 days left on the estimated remaining process time, so I'm not sure what to do now.
