I can’t upload my application form and there’s nothing wrong with it, what should I do?

Hi guys,
I’ve been trying to upload my application form for extension of my work permit, but the website says that there’s a mistake on my status expiration date, that the date of my application doesn’t match with the one in the questionnaire, when actually, it does. My old work permit expires in 4 days, and I already tried to call the immigration number but they’re always busy, also tried to report a tech issue, but I don’t have any answers... Can someone help me?

Hey, try to log into your application through different browsers; Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc. Also, delete all "cookies" from your computer maybe there's a glitch.

Also, write a webform and try calling them again on Monday morning. As early as possible.
