I CAN´T UPLOAD FILE IMM5257B_1

Hey guys, i need some help, I CAN´T UPLOAD FILE IMM5257B_1 for the process online (extend visitor turist)....The system give me the next failure:

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.

Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.

But i validated correctly my document....i don´t understand that situation.

I think the server is down,, im trying to upload IMM5709 File online but I can't do it either,...
I saw on this forum from 2013 that people were talking about the similar issue. For few hours no one could upload these files to the website

yup, I submitted my files yesterday morning as well, after 1 overnight it was working just fine
