Hi guys, my wife and I are in a little bit of a problem.
She studied this last year and when she was done with her program and had her diploma, we applied for a PGWP, in which we got an answer today, saying it was refused. The refusal letter says it was refused because the college where she is studied is no longer on the list of colleges that provide the option of a PGWP and that we have 90 days to restore our status or leave the country.
Our question now is, can one of us apply for a new study permit with in this 90 days from inside Canada, althought we dont longer have a "valid status" ??
June 9th - We applied for the PGWP
July 31st - Our initial permits expired ( from this date until August 28th we were under an implied status)
August 28th - We got the refusal letter for the PGWP application
