In my application, I stated that I wanna live in quebec but my husband got a better job offer in Alberta so we're planning to live there instead. Will it be ok or will it cause us problems? What should we do? Anyone who experienced the same situation?

As a permanent resident you're allowed to live wherever you wish. However, changing your application could take a lot of time, so it would probably be easier for you to leave the application the way it is.

Maybe they should read the Schedule 5 for Quebec. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_5e.pdf If they don't make the effort, Quebec has the right to rescind the CSQ. I have only heard of one being done so far.
