Refer to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html where you can see the estimated numbers of day to process a visa. In case your visa was approved, you have 30 days to submit your passport. If your stay in that country is beyond 30 days, you can request to submit your passport at the Canadian Visa Centre of the country where you currently are.
