I applied for TRV, got a visitors record instead, already left the country for vacation.

I applied for an extension of my study permit and didn't receive a TRV, applied for a TRV but got a visitors record, I didn't realize until after I've already left Canada to spend Christmas with my family in my home country, I would like to return to attend my graduation and apply for my PWGP. How do I apply again from outside Canada and escalate the process to get my TRV faster? and how do I apply and not get another visitors record instead of a TRV? Do I need an invitation letter from a family member? or can I apply on my own without one stating that I am a recent graduate (less than a month)?

There's no escalation / expedite process.

i completed school in december of 2023, i lived in alberta but i moved to ontario before i came to jamaica
