I am on open post grad work permit. Which is ending soon, can I now apply as spouse or common law as we are already living together and are willing to marry in Ontarian law

Are you asking about a spousal work permit?

You're not guaranteed one. If you get married suddenly, a visa officer may suspect you got married just to get the work permit.
