hey dear could someone please assist us, I am permanent resident of canada and i have sponsored for my husband in august 2020, Mistakenly i have sent application to CPC Missisauga instead of CPC sydney nova scotia. as the outside sponsorship should be sent to sydney. so i just want to ask will they forward my apllication to sydney or not. till date i haven't recieved any update about my application it's been 6 months.

They are under no obligation to forward to Sydney but have done so in the past. With covid and Mississauga office being closed or reduced staff frequently, no one can tell you what would have happened.

As I understand, not all august files have received updates (first update is called AOR, but any contact from them), so that does not tell you what you wish to know.

You should try calling IRCC to see if they have your file - you will be trying to get a temporary file number, i.e. to confirm they have it and have at least assigned it a number.
