I am not sure I understand the eCAS so well! Anyone has experience with that?

My husband applied for me on January 2012.
From Quebec.
My interview was scheduled at November 2013
After that my medical was requested on February 2014
After that, since I was deported on June 2000.
I was requested to apply for an ARC on April 2015.
My husband recently emailed them showing strong causes, on why need the PR by August 2015, they responded withing day, and July 13, 2015 I was requested for my medical, in response to his email.
For the last 3 years my eCAS showed "Application Received", ever since the re-medical request, since last 2 days it changed into " in process ". Can anyone tell me if this is a good thing?

Also if anyone has questions about my deportation. I was deported due to my ex husband's refusal of refugee PR. And we have a Candian Citizen daughter.
I was sponsored by my new husband.
