What reason is the system stating? Cause normally, though the CIC web-site is slow most of the time, when it comes for payment it is always quick, as the system is served by other platform, I believe.

so, you didn't pay fee before ??? and thought that your application is under processing ??

transaction is failing because i think you are entering debit card details. As far as I know, they only accept credit card.

Debit card shouldn't be an issue. Cause I have several times made payment through the debit card without problems.

Are you from India ?? same thing has happened to me many times and it is always solved when i pay using credit card.

for example: TOEFL test fee cannot be paid through my debit card but my credit card is accepted always. (both my debit card and credit card are VISA cards of same bank)

ahh i applied before also .. no answer is given by them so going for one more online application .. earlier which card i used i am using same but its not going through .. its like a hell irritating now

You need to put the Exact Address what is In Your Bank Record If You are Putting a Wrong Address which is not Matching Bank Record They may Reject it.

ahh i applied before also .. no answer is given by them so going for one more online application .. earlier which card i used i am using same but its not going through .. its like a hell irritating now

when u submitted previously, was the payment deducted from your bank account ?? if yes, only then it means that your previous application was successfully submitted.

if u have already applied earlier then I think submitting again is not any better. Please consult someone before submitting again.

Actually I'm not from India. Yet I don't think CIC payment system is set up to distinguish by countries. I share your point, cause I had similar situation when wanted to purchase exhibition ticket online where it is stated that only credit cards accepted, I couldn't purchase with Debit card. However there was a case when I bought ticket with Debit Card, when the system was clearly stating Credit Cards only. As for CIC, it is not said whether it should be debit or credit card, but either VISA, MASTER or etc. card.

but official website only mentions credit card.

they ask mastercard or visa .. but i paid earlier when applied in may the status is not changing its open in that i think becose of same passport number they are not tatking
