I am in very though situation. Please Advise me.

Dear All,

Here is my situation:

1. I applied for FSW and waiting for my 1st AOR from Sydney. My CC has been debited.

2. I live in the U.S on H1B visa and work for a company but my contract and H1b Visa will expire on 31st of July.

3. I selected Buffalo as visa office.

4. I am married and my wife is on F1 visa. She has 3 years or less to finish her program.

Now my problem is the following:

I would like to return to my home country and leave my family in the US until my wife finished her degree. I could stay in the US as her dependent but I really do not want to do that.

My questions are:

1. Can I still send my full application to Buffalo?

2. In case the send us medical request, can I do the medical visit ( With a doctor authorized by Canada Immigration) in my home country?

3. Do you think I am better off by changing my visa office to the one covering my home country if that is an option? But then again the rest of my family will be in the US.

Please Please Senior Help!!!!!!!

First Option: I would choose to apply in NEW DELHI VISA office. Because even if you are here, you and your family can easily go to india for interview if it is called. If you go back to india with visa office buffalo and they called you on interview then i don't think u will get visa for interview to come in US.

Second Option: If you choose buffalo as visa office then you don't when your turn for visa would come 'cos buffalo is very slow compare to new delhi. May be it takes more than 2.5 year

Thanks Rink for your response. The idealistic solution I think is to change my visa office but I have read on this forum that it's hard to do so. Regarding to coming back to the U.S I don't think it will be a problem. Now I am not 100% sure that I can come back whenever I want.
