I am a Mechanical Engineer with NOC 2132 and CRS of 462. What are the chances of getting a Notification/ Expression of interest from any of the provinces? Which all provinces are likely to send this?

I have masters degree, CBL 9 in IELTS and I'm 31 years old. I have no close relatives in Canada.

Is there anyone with NOC 2132 who received EOI/NOI in 2019 from any of the provinces, if yes what was the score?

Nope! not since September 2019, neither AINP nor any other. If you are a Mechanical Engineer, keep your hopes down! I don't want to disappoint Mechanical Engineers, I'm just stating the fact.
