so i want to marry my boyfriend in few months in dominican republic and start the process of visa so he can come to canada.
i been arrested for domestic violence 3 years ago with my ex boyfriend. i did not go to jail.
am i still eligible to sponsor my future husband? and how long does it usually take to sponsor someone from there?

What was the outcome of the domestic violence arrest? Were you charged / convicted? Did you pay a fine or receive another penalty?

convicted. didnt pay anything.. i was on probabtion
