Hi! I have a Bachelor's in Accounting from my home country. Is it possible to pursue a nursing degree in Canada even with my first degree? Will I be considered an undergraduate for BSN? Or can I take a short course to get the required credits then take a second-entry program? Are there students here in a similar situation? If possible, can you share your experiences? Thank you!

The schools probably need you to be from the same background to pursue it. Even healthcare admin diploma requires you to be from the same education background.

I'm in a similar situation but with a difference. I've done my undergrad in textiles but never worked a day in that field apart from some freelancing. After ten years have applied for a masters in tourism management as I have work experience in it.
For medical degree, I'm assuming you have to have those subjects in school maybe.
