Hi everyone ... Had a query regarding my husbands work experience ( foreign experience and not canadian ) who is secondary applicant . In the EE profile , we just mentioned his previous work exp cz he has reference letter for that but for his current employment its not possible to procure a ref letter , so dint mention it at all in EE ... Now my doubts are :

1. In e - APR , we need to mention what all hes done in the past 10 years under personal history ? Can i just remove his work exp and put it under personal history and write an LOE saying we arent claiming points for it ?

2. Now , in e - APR , if we mention his current employment , wont it be a misrepresentation as we dint mention anything about it in EE ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated .... Thanks in advance .

1. Yes. Put his work experience in personal history and write an loe.

2. No. It won't be misrepresentation because you're disclosing everything under personal history.

before invitation you show your husband unemployed and after invitation , in personal information show all previous exp . This is same as my case . no issue .
