Hello! My husband finally got his PR approved. He applied way before we got married. But now that we are married, he specified in the area under "are there any changes in your situation such as marriage and kids blah blah" so he said "yes". Does that mean I get my PR too?

Yes if he had submitted all the paperwork and IRCC acknowledged it, you will. When did he got golden email? In my case me and my husband both were quoted in the email. Check the email he got again.
Did you complete a medical and submit police certificates? If he added you to his application properly, then you would have needed to complete a medical and provide PCCs.
Hopefully he did this the right way otherwise you may have problems.
When did he inform IRCC that there were changes to his family composition and what happened? As already mentioned that should have triggered adding you to his application before he could land. If not he no longer can sponsor you.
