husband GC holder of USA... me applying for Study permit CANADA

Hi,
I had the same situation. My husband is holding GC from US and will be citizen in few months, though I applied under SPP and got the visa in 2 days. I suggest you show that your husband is working and he has enough annual income to support you. Include his Job appointment letter, last 6 months Pay slip, last 2 years of tax returns (if there are any or else its fine), marriage certificate, his passport and of course his Green Card copy. US and CANADA is having friendly Immigration relationship hence I do not see any hurdle for you.
1) Your Green Card files proves that you do not have any immigration intention.
2) If your husband has a good job or business, then it proves that you will not be working illegally and not interested in any short term financial gain by working. Also, it proves that you are a legitimate student who will pay the fees and leave once study is finished.

I thought of submitting my husbands Bank statement, IT return, Salary slip,
I dint know that GC copy also necessary, Do I need to submit my marriage certificate ans His GC copy
And also any other document required

Yes, I am from India and will be going in December. Well I went to one of the consulting firm from Ahmadabad, but they asked me not to include any additional documentation(due to SPP). I insisted to include my husband's documents as I was pretty sure that once they see the American GC, they would have no objection in issuing a visa. You do not need to submit these documents but they defiantly weigh a lot. GC is not something everyone carry or get, and they also see that your partner will often visit you and spend some green notes hence it is also a short of economic gain for them. Also, you are less likely to work for cash jobs.(please don't cuze if you get caught you likely to get deported and that might affect your GC interview)
When are you planning to apply? Why aren't you going for SPP? Less documents, less hassle and quick response.
Believe me or not the status of your husband will benefit you in getting visa no matter what people say. I do appreciate everyone helping here but as per my experience, and I do have some family members who went through the same process, they got the response quicker than I did. So, once they see that GC page of your husband, they will not resist issuing you a visa.
Again confirming the docs – Do not forgot to include. 1) His past 6 months pay slips. 2) His last 2 years of tax returns. 3) His Job appointment letter. 4) His passport copy (make sure to include pages with stamps, first and last page). 5) His Green Card copy and anything which shows in a single page that you have also field for US GC. 6) Marriage Certificate (Make sure your husband's passport shows arrival and departure dates which shows he was here during which you registered your marriage).
