congrats....wish you good luck!!!

Kelemense, congrats what was your timeline, and which visa office did you apply from?

I am so happy for you and your wife! Give us some details. What was the interview like?

Congratulations!!!!!

I am on the edge of my seat hoping you will tell us more. We too are processing through Accra, and I am so excited that you have your visa after only 6 months of processing there! That's amazing!!!

Can you please also let me know, what is your nationality? How was the interview?

Celebrate first, then let us know!

More questions from me...

I saw in one of your earlier posts that you had to do something in Abuja, so I assume you are Nigerian.

Can you please tell me, is your Canadian wife caucasian? Did either of you have a previous marriage or children? I am just trying to anticipate the things that might come up in our interview. ie. Will our interracial marriage cause an issue?

from nigeria am applying from accra

Am so excited i must tell u.The timeline is 6month,really strange coming from accra office.
I tell u, like most member in this forum have their files in accra,i was expecting the worse.....
I went there and the woman was really nice, yea i had enough proofs though, yet we all know that is not a most that one will be successful she asked me alot about my wife and her family ,her educational background.... and some about me too.I was really composed and was answering the question in a very calm manner. She asked me what made go into a dating site in search of a wife , she was really curious about that.....i told her i did not have in mind that i was going there to search for a wife, that it felt it was forum to meet people and socialise and know people but as fate will have it i found my missing rib through that process.
she finally asked if am denied what will i do,i answered i will definitely appeal ,then she ask then if refused?i say then she has to come live with me.
Seh looked at me and said "u have convinced me beyond any reasonable doubt ......she then told me to come in 2hrs time and collect my visa and tat was it.
what i will advice members to do is to be composed, put all ur supporting document in well arranged manner, relate ur story with smile like u are saying a love story which to it is.Just be real
My wife is not a caucasian canadian so the issue of interracial marriage does not arise but i really dont think that will be an issue if u have reasonable supportin document and u are composed cos the interviewer is reading ur body chemisty...
wish u all the best

Congratulations! I believed the genuine-ness of story just reading it! Considering the slow processing time of Nigerian applicants, I am so pleased that you were given a chance. You seem to be madly in love with your wife. So I wish you both plenty of blessings! May you both enjoy a prosperous future together in Canada! :) :) :)

All the Best!

congrats.... i see accra is doing well these days. your timeline has given me hope. I PRAY in no time we will all be jubilating like you all. all the best to you.
