What is ur profile? Humber is in ontario & alberta is a difft. province. It is realatively easy to get PR in alberta ( along with Sasketchewan), just coz of weather conditions. Next, what is MISSM??? U need to bear some impt points in mind while selecting your course & college, such as: What is ur current education & what u intend to study, reputation of that college & course, province, accordingly part time jobs availability, post graduation job prospects... Consider these points and make a wise decision. ATB

Does it make any difference if i do my masters from private University lke (Concordia University College of Alberta), instead of Government University?

Well, it wont make that much difference. What is ur intented course of study? I am asking this coz u said it is private uni. and certain private institutes has got provision for off-campus work permit and other benefits. check out this link : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp
See, if ur intented course is listed under the name of ur college/uni. If it is, then its not an issue, if it is not then find out other optins.

IELTS- overall 7(L-8,R-7,W-6,S-6.5)
