Humber 2019 january intake offer letter.

I have applied for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Humber on 3rd june and it has been 75 days, i havent recieved the letter of acceptance. The program now shows waitlisted. I have applied for 2 other colleges, Seneca and Centennial. But havent received the LOA from it either. I want to get into the January intake. Is there any scope, Humber or any other college would issue the LOA in the coming weeks?

Maybe contact the colleges directly if you have not already given not sure anyone here could say whether any college would issue an LOA for any specific course or any at all given every application is unique of course.
