I can't find any page on this....

Would i qualify? Even though i don't come from a refugee country (Ireland), would the break down of my marriage to my Canadian wife, who was going to sponsor me qualify due to my daughters being here?
What are the processing times like? is there an inland/outland path? Can i leave Canada during the process?

thanks

Here is the manual http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/ip/ip05-eng.pdf I doubt that you would qualify, but it is your choice to apply. If you leave, you can probably kiss the H.& C application good bye. You can usually count on a minimum of at least 20 months.

But would they not consider being away from my little bunnies be compassionate? - the leaving question was because i am worried about my parents since this whole thing happened
