Wow!!!!! Renounce everything? That would be so difficult to do. This is very tough.
Its an offence that has no forgiveness. Omg
You knew all this back in 2015 when your appeal was denied, yet you still decided to live here in Canada over living with your wife. Eventually you may need to choose what is more important to you.

Unfortunately there is nobody to blame for this whole mess other than yourself.

An offence that has no forgiveness is not declaring her when it was such an easy thing to do that could've prevented all this from happening.

What is the possibility of her getting a study permit? If she can't qualify on her own for express entry?

Study permit will be likely refused, as applicant has to demonstrate she will return to her home country after studies. Hard to prove that when you have a husband with an attempted sponsorship

Would your wife be able to qualify to immigrate on her own ? Probably through express entry. What are her qualifications, she will need to write IELTS. How old is she? Does she have any work experience?
I am waiting for the outcome of the H and C.
