Hi Good People,
I am writing for one of my beloved friends in Manitoba, who faced a very cruel tragedy in his life. He came here to pursue his M.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a full scholarship. Just one month after finishing his M.Sc. when he was busy for looking jobs he found that he was suffering from Brain Cancer. So he could not attend any full-time job. As a result, he could not apply for immigration. He is getting very good treatment here in Winnipeg. However, his post-graduation work permit will expire on December 2019. We don't want to send him to his own country in this situation the as health care system is way more developed here in Canada.
I have attached his full profile. Do you guys think he is eligible to apply for Humanitarian and Compassionate ground for his PR? Can anyone refer to any good lawyer/consultant or a good human being who can help us to save his dream?
